Itrader SB 65 is an antifungal medicine that stops fungal growth by damaging the fungal cell membrane. It is prescribed for infections of the mouth, throat, vagina, skin, nails, and systemic fungal infections.
- Candidiasis (oral, vulvovaginal, systemic)
- Dermatophyte infections: Tinea pedis, Tinea cruris, Tinea corporis, Tinea manuum
- Pityriasis versicolor
- Onychomycosis (nail infections)
- Systemic mycoses: Histoplasmosis, Aspergillosis, Cryptococcosis, etc.
- Prophylaxis in neutropenic or AIDS patients

- Tinea corporis/cruris: 100 mg/day × 15 days
- Tinea pedis/manuum: 100 mg/day × 30 days OR 200 mg twice daily × 7 days
- Onychomycosis: 200 mg/day for 3 months
- Systemic infections: 100–200 mg daily; up to 200 mg twice daily for severe cases
- Prophylaxis (AIDS/neutropenic patients): 200 mg/day, may increase to 200 mg twice daily
Pediatric Dosage
- 10 mg/kg/day, max 200 mg/day
- For chronic mucocutaneous candidiasis: 5 mg/kg/day
- <3 years: Safety not established
- Must be taken with food, preferably after a full meal.
- Should be swallowed whole—do not chew or crush.
- Dosage and duration depend on infection type and severity.

- Increases plasma levels of: oral anticoagulants, digoxin, corticosteroids, benzodiazepines, HIV protease inhibitors, macrolides
- Decreases plasma levels with: rifampicin, phenytoin, carbamazepine, isoniazid, PPIs, H2 blockers, antacids
- Risk of QT prolongation/torsades de pointes with astemizole, cisapride, dofetilide, etc.
- Can increase negative inotropic effects with calcium channel blockers (e.g., verapamil)
- Potentially fatal respiratory depression with fentanyl

- IV formulation contraindicated in CrCl <30 mL/min
